| Industry Readiness Program |
|
The Industry Readiness Program is specifically designed to bridge the skill gap and make the engineering graduates ready for the IT industry. It is modeled on the lines of the Initial Learning Program that the IT industry uses to on board graduate hires. Engineering students who successfully undertake this training program can be immediately deployed on billing projects by the IT industry. This in turn significantly improves the placement chance of these campus graduates. |
