Ghanshyam has had an outstanding career in domestic, international banking and Capital Markets for over 32 years, during which he developed a firm understanding of the complexities of international markets. He is thoroughly familiar with the regulatory and business environment in USA, European Union, South East Asia, The Middle East, India and other major money-center locations. While working for various organisations in the region, have been able to establish close and mutually cooperative relationship with most Banks and non-Banking Financial Institutions, Corporates, Regulators and the Government Departments.

Over the last two decades, Ghanshyam has been a significant voice in promoting India and Indian corporates in many countries worldwide. He has travelled extensively across all continents and has been a speaker and participated in panel discussions and conferences in Australia, China, Hongkong, Singapore, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and several countries in the Middle East among others. He is also regularly invited to speak, lead and participate at various seminars and panel discussions organized by industry associations, leading institutions and regulatory bodies. Ghanshyam has been a strong advocate of sound corporate governance and high standards of transparency to the corporate sector in the region.

Dass joined NASDAQ OMX Group in 2000 and up until February 2009, he was Managing Director - Asia Pacific, prior to which he was the General Manager and Chief Executive of Majan International Bank (a subsidiary of Commerz Bank A. G., Frankfurt, Germany) in the Sultanate of Oman.

In his early career, he spent over nine years with US Educational Foundation in India (as Research Assistant to a Senior Fullbright Scholar), Bank of India, Wells Fargo Bank, San Francisco (as Assistant Representative for India) and Marine Midland Bank, N.A, New York (before being seconded to Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, India in January 1986).
Dr. Anshul Kumar
Dr. Anshul Kumar is currently a Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Delhi. He has been associated with IIT Delhi since 1969 when he joined the Institute as an undergraduate student. He graduated in 1974 with a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering and was awarded the President's Gold Medal for obtaining the first rank in all disciplines. Subsequently, he obtained his Ph.D. degree from IIT Delhi in 1980 in the area of Computer Aided Design of Digital Systems. Since 1984 he has been with the faculty of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Delhi, where he became a Professor in 1990 and Head of the Department during 1998-2001. He has been the Dean of Undergraduate Studies during 2003-06 and has served in other key positions like Head of the Mathematics Department, Coordinator of the School of Information Technology, Coordinator of the VLSI Design, Tools and Technology Program and Coordinator of Computer Applications Program. Prof. Anshul Kumar has held visiting appointments at Univ of Southern California Los Angeles (1981-82), University of Edinburgh (1987), KTH (Royal Institute of Technology) Stockholm (1995-96, 1997) and EPFL (Federal Institute of Technology Laussane) (2001).

Prof. Kumar's main areas of research interest are VLSI synthesis, embedded systems design methodology and high performance computer architectures and he has published more than 100 research papers in reputed journals and proceedings of refereed international conferences. He has guided 10 Ph.D.'s and more than 80 M.Tech./B.Tech. projects. His research has been supported by the Department of Electronics/ Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Naval Research Board, ANURAG (Defence Lab) and NXP Semiconductors. He has also been a consultant to Gateway Design Automation (now Cadence Design Systems), Technology Parks Ltd, ST Microelectronics and Poseidon Design Systems. Prof. Kumar has been associated with the annual International Conference on VLSI Design since its inception in 1985 and contributed to its growth in various capacities. He has been a General Co-Chair for the conference in 2009. He has also contributed professionally through various national level committees including, Working Group on Microelectronics and Advisory Committee for CDAC.

In 2002, along with some colleagues and graduating students of his department, he founded a start-up company called Kritikal Solutions under the Technology Business Incubation Program of IIT Delhi. He has served it in various capacities including Hon. Chairman, Hon. Director and Mentor and helped it grow nearly tenfold. Recently he received the ACM Transaction on Design Automation of Electronic Systems (TODAES) 2007 Best Paper Award for a paper coauthored with a colleague and a student.
Mr. Ramesh (Ram) Pant
Ram has in excess of 45 years of experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur and as a college professor. Ram has served as a consultant to management in planning and strategy in the Graphic Arts and Electronic Publishing industry. His consulting experience was founded on 25 years of hands on experience at both Fortune 500 and smaller companies including Xerox Corporation, Gould Inc., AM International and Compugraphic Corporation, a Division of Agfa Corporation.

Ram's accomplishments include the following:

(1). He led a group of 225 employees and increased sales of a division responsible for selling electronic publishing peripherals and re-manufactured equipment from $3 Million to $42 Million over a period of 5 years. Profits before taxes increased from $0.5 Million to $8.1 Million.

(2). He assisted companies in the start up and management of international subsidiaries in Europe, Japan, Latin America and Asia. He appointed distributors in Egypt, Saudi Araba, Kuwait and UAE. His group provided day-to-day marketing and product management support to more than 20 subsidiaries and 25 distributors.

(3). He built an organization comprised of product managers, business planners, application engineers, technical and administrative staff to support the growth of international sales over a period of four years from $31 Million to $100 Million.

(4) He applied troubleshooting experience to improve efficiency at a division responsible for worldwide marketing and administration and product distribution of prepress electronic publishing hardware and software. Even as worldwide sales grew from $175 Million to $225 Million, his group reduced the cost of operation by 15%.

(5) In 1993, Ram founded Cambridge Global Services, Inc. During the subsequent 15-year period he represented Wipro Systems and Birlasoft Inc. consecutively to acquire clients in the Northeast U.S. to provide and manage offshore software services. His clients included large numbers of health insurance and financial services companies. When Ram's group left Wipro Systems in 2001, it had contributed sales in excess of a $100 Million with an annual rate of approximately $35 Million, amounting to slightly in excess of 25% of Wipro's North American software services sales.
