- 8-10 years of experience in IT and IT education industry
- Strong knowledge of Sales starting from lead generation engine to opportunity to closure and finally customer management
- Should be able to do both hunting and farming sales activities as a lead sales
- Should have sound understanding of Marketing processes
- Should be able to create and manage distribution channels
- Must have worked with major Tier-1/ Tier-2 companies as vendor
- Strong understanding IT education service offerings
- Self motivated person with rigur to drive business
- Must have the ability to work with multiple partners

- Atleast 4-6 years of experience working as leader of a training center managing all trainings as per the requirements and scheduled with quality out put

- Should be able to manage customer accounts successfully and maintain relationships
- Should be able to scale strategic customer accounts
- Should know various techniques of training (instructor led, eLearning etc)
- Should be able to help create quality content for various trainings
- Should be able to manage faculty effectively
- Should be cognizant of cost factors and be able to to execute profitably
- Should have worked with Tier-1/Tier-2 IT companies with successful account management
